Module One:  The surface layer

In this module we tackle the left brain and the conscious mind.  

We take a look at all the strategies we have used to manage and control our creativity.  

We look at our relationship with rules, regulations and discipline.

We build a better framework than the one we have currently been using.

We ask and answer a lot of questions.

We look at the archetypes of the Child (who hates responsibility) and the Rebel (who hates rules).

 

Module Two: The middle layer

In this module we tackle the right brain and the subconscious mind.

We take a look at the strategies we have used to distance ourselves from negative emotions.

We look at our relationship to chaos and neediness.

We let go of control.

We practice being with the questions instead of answering them.

We look at the archetypes of the Prostitute (who trades creativity for security) and the Damsel (who relinquishes creative power in order to be rescued).

 

Module Three: The depths

In this module we learn to merge the right and left brain in order to gain access to a higher conscious mind.

We practice holding the dynamic tension of opposites.

We look at the patterns, stories and mythologies at the root of many of our behaviors.

We start to appreciate the value of surrender.

We fall in love with the questions.

We build a relationship with the unknown.

 

This is a journey out of our head and into our heart, while building stamina in the body.  It forms the basis of an ongoing practice, which allows us to recognise and overcome our blocks, so that we can return to the flow of creative expression.
